Christina B. Williams is an engineering technician and graphics expert. Ms. Williams joined our graphics department in August 1989 following a stint in the drafting department of Jules Cohen & Associates, Inc. She rapidly learned the necessary tools for conducting allocation, preclusion, coverage and interference studies. Ms. Williams is facile in engineering programs, CAD systems, graphics manipulation, GIS, and publishing programs, such as MapInfo, PageMaker, AutoCAD, and V-Soft.
